How would idea work?

Each local community would have its own special celebration revolving around 250^th Pgh throughout the year
Promoted by PR, marketing, APs,
Encouraging people to explore outside of their community
People would get the opportunity to tour on busses to different areas, meet the locals, and get to know each other

By creating events in each community people can bridge and get to know the greater Pgh
Helps lend to long term city development
